Cancellation & Refund Policy

Automatic renewal

Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Pro+) are recurring monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe you explicitly acknowledge, at checkout, that your payment method will be charged automatically at the plan price every month until you cancel. The price and monthly billing are shown before you confirm.

We do not increase the price of an active subscription without notice. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and returns you to the free plan at the end of the current period.

Cancellation rights

You may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its cancellation regulations.

Under the Cancellation of Transactions regulations, you may cancel a distance-sale purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Recurring monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account — this stops future billing and returns you to the free plan.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to any lawful cancellation fee. Used one-off services may not be refundable.

When you cancel a paid plan yourself within the 14-day cooling-off window, the most recent charge is refunded automatically to the original payment method.
