Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account data (email, name/nickname), content you provide (CVs, interview answers, files), voice recordings and their transcripts from voice interviews, assessment and questionnaire results, interview scores and feedback, payment metadata (not card numbers), technical data (IP address, device and browser data, log files, cookies), and usage/analytics data.

Consent & acceptance records

Creating an account — including on the free tier — requires actively confirming the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy; the sign-up button does not proceed without it. We keep a dated record (date and time) of each acceptance.

Additional explicit consents are collected separately where required: at checkout (policies and, for subscriptions, recurring billing) and before sharing your profile with recruiters. You may withdraw a consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service: run AI interviews and CV analysis, manage your account and purchases, communicate with you, and secure the platform.

AI features are processed by our AI providers (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini); we do not log the content of your CVs, answers, or messages.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your content is sent to our AI providers solely to generate your results, under data-processing agreements.

Your profile and questionnaire data are shown to recruiters only after you give explicit, separate opt-in consent in the sharing flow; you can withdraw it at any time from your profile.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over, or for minors with parental or guardian consent as required by law.

Your rights

EU/EEA (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Legal bases are consent, contract, and legitimate interests.

US (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Israel: rights of access and correction under applicable privacy law. To exercise any right, contact us at support@reayonai.com.

Third-party data sub-processors

We share your data only with the service providers ("sub-processors") we need to run ReayonAI. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may use the data solely to provide its service to us:

AI: Anthropic (Claude) for interview generation, CV analysis, and the support chatbot; Google (Gemini) for CV/PDF parsing and voice-interview speech-to-text. The CV text and interview answers you provide are sent to these providers to generate your results.

Payments: CardCom processes your payment on its hosted payment page and issues the tax invoice. Card details go directly to CardCom and never reach our servers.

Infrastructure & email: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (storage for CVs you upload), Resend (transactional email), Upstash (rate-limiting), and Sentry (PII-free error monitoring).

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you consent.

Some providers process data outside Israel or the EEA; where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You can request the current list of sub-processors at support@reayonai.com.

Retention & contact

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can export or delete your account at any time.
