The service

ReayonAI provides AI-assisted interview practice, CV analysis and building, assessment practice, and job-search tools. Features may change over time.

Acceptance — including the free tier

By creating an account, signing in, or clicking "sign up", "start free", or any similar button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, and undertake to act by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply in full to free use and free trials, exactly as they apply to paid plans — including the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and all other provisions.

We keep a dated record of your acceptance at account creation.

AI outputs — practice tool only

The service is powered by artificial-intelligence models. AI outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies, and no specific answer is guaranteed to be correct or suitable.

All outputs — including scores, ratings, feedback, recommendations, and reports — are practice and preparation aids only. They are not professional, legal, psychological, occupational, or employment advice, are not a professional assessment or diagnosis, and do not necessarily reflect how any employer, recruiter, or assessment institute would evaluate you.

ReayonAI does not promise or guarantee any outcome — including being invited to interviews, passing interviews or assessments, receiving a job offer, a promotion, or any salary. Employers, recruiters, and assessment institutes act independently, and we bear no responsibility for their decisions.

Any decision you make based on the service — including applying for a role, negotiating, or accepting an offer — is your sole responsibility.

AI-generated content may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

Accounts & your content

You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. You are fully responsible for all content you provide — CVs, answers, files, recordings, and any other material — and you confirm it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe the rights (including copyright and privacy) of others.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or over, or for minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not: attempt to breach or circumvent security; reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform, its models, or its content; use outputs to train competing AI systems; share an account; impersonate another person; upload unlawful content; or make commercial use of the service without our written consent.

We may remove content that violates the law, the rights of others, or these Terms, and may suspend accounts involved in such violations.

Payments & auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed via our payment providers. Entitlements unlock on successful payment. See the Cancellation Policy.

Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Pro+) renew and are charged automatically each month at the plan price until you cancel — you acknowledge this recurring billing when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges; see the Cancellation Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off right. The one-time Smart Career Report is a single charge, not a subscription.

Availability, changes & third-party services

We may update, change, or discontinue features, plans, and prices, and perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will not be liable for unavailability caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, cyber-attacks, strikes, power or network failures, epidemics, or regulatory orders.

The service relies on third-party providers (AI models, payment processing, hosting, email — detailed in the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Intellectual property, copyright & usage restrictions

The ReayonAI system — including its name, marks, logo, brand, design, user interfaces (UI/UX), system architecture, user experience, algorithms, AI engines, data repositories, databases, source code and object code, software, content, texts, questionnaires, interview simulations, assessments, evaluation methods, scoring mechanisms, reports, methodologies, media files, and every other component of the system — is the exclusive property of ReayonAI or of third parties that have lawfully granted it usage rights, and is protected under copyright law, intellectual-property law, trademark law, computer-protection law, and every other applicable law in Israel and worldwide.

Without ReayonAI's prior written approval, it is strictly prohibited to perform, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, photographing, documenting, publishing, distributing, displaying, broadcasting, or making the system (or any part of it) available to the public.

• Creating a derivative work of, adapting, modifying, translating, or processing the system or any component of it.

• Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to expose the source code or the system's manner of operation.

• Using the system, its content, or its outputs to develop, train, improve, calibrate, or build artificial-intelligence systems, language models, machine-learning systems, or competing products.

• Copying the system's structure, user experience (UI/UX), workflows, scoring mechanisms, interview questions, methodology, reports, or any other functional or design component.

• Using any automated means — including bots, crawlers, scrapers, robots, scripts, or unauthorized APIs — or any other means to collect, mine, copy, or use information within the system.

• Circumventing, attempting to circumvent, or harming the security, licensing, authorization, or protection mechanisms, or any other technological measure embedded in the system.

• Selling, renting, commercializing, sublicensing, distributing, granting a right of use in, or making any other commercial use of the system or any part of it without express written permission.

Use of the system, purchase of a subscription or service, or the granting of access does not confer on the user any right in ReayonAI's intellectual property, other than a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use it, subject to these Terms only.

ReayonAI reserves all rights to take any legal, civil, commercial, or technological measure available to it in the event of a breach of this section — including demanding that the breach cease, obtaining injunctions, removing infringing content, blocking access to the system, terminating a user account, claiming damages, disgorgement of profits, and any other remedy available to it under any law.

All rights not expressly granted to the user under these Terms are reserved exclusively to ReayonAI.

Limitation of liability & indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReayonAI, its shareholders, directors, employees, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damage, loss of profits, loss of employment opportunities, harm to reputation, or loss of data arising from use of (or inability to use) the service.

To the extent the law permits, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; for free use (including a free trial), liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms derogates from rights granted to you by mandatory law that cannot be waived, including under consumer-protection law.

You undertake to indemnify us, to the extent permitted by law, for damages, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the service.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
